An all-rounder with a passion for the game and a commitment to sports education, Shivam represents a new generation of athletes who are as focused on mentoring others as they are on their own performance, Shivam is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium pace bowler, offering his teams balance with both bat and ball. Growing up idolizing India former captain Rohit Sharma, he models his game on calm temperament and shot selection. Whether breaking partnerships with his disciplined seam bowling or anchoring an innings, Shivam’s all-round skills have made him a valuable asset in local and sports-level tournaments.
Education and Professional Role : Alongside cricket, Shivam has prioritized academics in physical education. He holds a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.E.S) degree from Gandhi P.R. College, Bhopal. Putting his qualification into practice, he served as a Sports Teacher at Perfect Academy, Kukshi during the 2025–26 academic session.
Currently, he is shaping young athletes at Shree Sadguru Gajanan Gurukul in Singhana, where he trains school students in cricket fundamentals, fitness, and discipline.
Sports Achievements : Shivam’s sporting journey includes notable appearances at both state and national levels. He participated in the 2nd TOGA National Youth Games 2017–18, showcasing his talent on a national platform early in his career. In 2018, he featured in the IV National Games Championship as well as the State Games Championship, earning participation certificates and competitive exposure. Over the years, he has represented Madhya Pradesh in various sports competitions, securing positions and accolades that highlight his consistency. Coaches who have worked with him praise his work ethic, pointing out that his experience across multiple tournaments has given him a strong understanding of match situations and team dynamics.
Vision for the Future : For Shivam, cricket is not just about personal milestones. His vision is rooted in giving back to the community through sports education. “I want to inspire students through sports, develop future athletes, and contribute to the growth of cricket and physical education at school and community levels,” he says. At Shree Sadguru Gajanan Gurukul, he is already implementing structured training modules, fitness drills, and basic cricket coaching for students who aspire to play at district and state levels. His dual role as player and teacher allows him to bridge the gap between grassroots talent and professional opportunity.
