Chairman of the board of directors of the ICC Jay Shah Congratulate Indian women’s blind cricket team, The Indian women’s blind cricket team has made history by winning the inaugural Blind Women’s T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka, defeating Nepal by seven wickets in the final.

ICC Chairman Jay Shah congratulated the team, saying their victory “re-defines the limits of ‘ability’ and inspires differently abled athletes in India and around the world” .The team’s unbeaten campaign showcased their exceptional skills and determination. They defeated Sri Lanka, Australia, Nepal, the United States, and Pakistan in the group stage, followed by wins over Australia and Nepal in the semi-finals and finals, respectively.
Khula Sharir was a standout performer, scoring an unbeaten 44 off 27 balls in the final. The team’s captain, Deepika TC, praised the team’s efforts, saying, “We are very proud, and it is a huge win.
